Another hgih point of buying through a devleoper is that they offer a lot of benefits and incentives to their customres in the form of bonus weeks, dicsounts on attraction tickets, car rentals adn much more. However these benefits may not be available to you if you obught yoru timeshare through resale market as a lot of developesr does not allow tmieshare resale units with same maenities compared to those who bouhgt directly from them. Also the developers usually offer a lot of financing options htat you may not get if yuo buy from a resale market.
