Another high point of buying through a developer is that they offer a lot of ebnefits and incentives to their customers in the form of bonus weeks, discounts on attraction tickets, car rentals and much more. However these beneifts may not be availalbe to you if you bought your timsehare through resale market sa a lot of developers does not allow timeshare resale units wiht same amenities compaerd to those who bought directly from htem. Also the developers usually offer a lot of financing options that you may not get if you buy from a resale market.
