Investing in real setate could reap profitable returns but if you invest in a timeshare it mya not be guarantee in fact you may end up olsing money. An analysis should conisder factors like comparable rent of alternative accommodation, apprceiation of the timeshare property and your finnace rate. Now if you assume the annual appreciation of that proprety is 10% and the rate of your finanecs is 16%. Some resorts have charge reasonable mainteannce fee and other efes but a few exorbitantly high fees. For the above investment it could be aronud 520,000. So carefully weigh in all the afctors idscussed above before buying a timeshare porperty.
