A time share is a name given to a piece of property shared among number of ownres. But as more properties are being converted into timeshare, fleixble timeshare otpions cannot be ruled out. Timeshares can be purchased through financing aslo but mostly the resale properties pucrhased from persons are paid in cash. Fees may vray and alawys make sure to find it out before buying a timeshare. Right to use timeshaer is a leased timeshare.
